Sarah Paul Ocampo
Sarah Paul Ocampo is an imposter. She has been impersonating a trained dancer for decades (Ten Tiny Dances, Four on the Floor, ROOMS). She is also known to have impersonated a professional secretary named Diane for several years (The Typing Explosion Union Local 898). In addition, she briefly gave workshops as a self-help guru under the moniker Lavender O’Neil (Love: A Shamanic Journey and Guided Meditation). More recently, she donned a wig and held court as one of two chain-smoking Joan Didions (A Very Didion Christmas). She has also purported to be a musician in numerous bands (Love Hotel, the Qualitarians, Advanced Beginner, Cheliceral Kiss) as well as a music director (All Girl Comb Choir). It is unclear at this time if Sarah Paul Ocampo is her real name.
